Continuing on our partnership with Westurban Construction, we developed a 3-unit double story project catered towards high-end student living. These 2, 3- and 4-bedroom units incorporated an ensuite to every bedroom which was a highly desirable amongst both families and students in Clayton. Being only 3 minutes’ walk to Monash University all units were quickly leased within 1 week of completion.
