20 Merton St, Springvale
Originally planned for 4 units, this developed was challenged with a handful of passionate objectors. However, we worked with council and devised an equally viable 3-unit solution on this corner block. A combination of 2- and 3-bedroom units within 5-minute walk of Springvale train station and activity centre. The springvale demographic has evolved into a lively and more sophisticated area and therefore we ensured every fixture and fitting was above market specifications. Although only a 3-unit development we expect the finishing to be our best yet.
