Who We Are
WCL Development procures and develops residential and commercial property for its own private portfolio. Our mission is to become the single largest private land holder by retaining 100% ownership of our developments.
To achieve this, we never sell and have a directive to only develop homes that families can genuinely take pride living in for generations.
Our current portfolio consists of 60 properties with a current market value in excess of $41 million as of June 2023. By 2025, our current modelling projects our portfolio to surpass $60 million.

• We include owner-occupier level specifications for all our rental properties no matter the suburb.
• We do not develop for others. We only build our own portfolio with a mandate for generational wealth.
What We Do
To achieve our vision, we focus on providing immense value to our tenants. We painstakingly investigate what other developers are putting into their developments and instruct our builders and architects to ensure all inclusions and specifications to be a step above our competition. This is why our tenants sign their lease agreements upon their very first inspection. They know they are getting a far better product for the same price.

To become the largest private developer and land holder in the country by creating incomparable quality-spec projects for our tenants who deserve the best in modern residential living.
We understand that there are many of us who can’t yet to afford our own home. But this doesn’t mean we have to be subjected to living in subpar, low quality dwellings built by profit driven developers who only focus on their bottom line.
We believe that every parent has the right to raise their family in a beautiful home that they can truly be proud of and this is why we exist. This is why WCL Development has become the industry standard in developing high level, owner-occupier spec homes for tenants.
We won’t be satisfied until every tenant asks their property agent “but is this a WCL Development?” as our properties are synonymous with extraordinary quality for a rental price no other landlord or developer can match.
Because EVERY family deserves a home they can take pride and pleasure living in no matter their circumstance.
Our Values
Every parent deserves the right to raise their family in a home they can be proud of. Families already struggle enough to make ends meet and they should not have to further compromise their living standards.
But the market does not give them a choice. The majority of new developments provide the bare minimum. Just enough to make it ‘liveable’. Developers are not interested in tenant satisfaction and above industry standard construction quality. Once the occupancy permit is issued, developers sell off their projects passing on the ‘problem’ to the new homeowner.
Because we retain all our projects, we are redefining the development landscape by offering homes with far higher specification inclusions and constructions methods that no other developer is willing to provide. This is how we ensure a signed tenancy lease agreement within 3 days of advertising on average no matter the current market conditions.
To achieve this, during our inception phase for each project our objectives are to satisfy all three of our company values:
Pride
Provide a home our tenants can take pride living in by having better inclusions, appliances and fittings compared to all other developments in the surrounding area without increasing the rental price.

– Hebel light weight construction not polystyrene cladding.
– Over engineered structural beams, more screw piles, deeper bored piers.
Focus
We do not develop for clients or manage other people’s properties. This allows us to focus on ONE goal: To be the largest private land holder by retaining ownership over all our developments. Our work does not begin during our property acquisition stage. Our real work begins the moment we hand over the keys to our tenants where we commit ourselves to maintaining exceedingly high tenant satisfaction for the life of the new home.
