A 6-unit, double storey townhouse development within 5 minutes’ walk to Clayton Station and shops. This was our most challenging development requiring expert landscape evidence and a barrister to challenge council’s refusal of a permit at VCAT. Council had enforced a new planning scheme that had not yet been approved by the Minster for Planning which would have been adverse for our development. Fortunately, the VCAT member agreed to set asides council’s decision allowing us to develop 6 Units currently occupied by both young hard-working families and university students.
