    Having completed only a 1-unit development in Noble Park, we decided to embark on our second project. An 8-unit double storey townhouse development in the heart of Dandenong spanning across two adjacent lots. We partnered with an experienced and well-known builder and successfully completed a project that redefined our tenant’s expectation with full height wall tiling, hardwood flooring and intercom alarm systems. We were also one of the first in the area to adopt the use of a reverse living layout configuration for one of the units which although was challenging to convince council to adopt, was highly sought after by the rental market.
