1A Rosa Avenue Noble Park
Our very first project. A double- storey, 3 Bedroom townhouse built behind an existing dwelling on a corner block. Given the short 1-minute walk to Sandown Park station and high-spec fixtures, this property was leased within its first week of advertising and recorded the highest advertised lease price for a brand new townhouse in Noble Park at the time of leasing. Although this was our smallest sized development, it also took the longest given that this was our very first foray into property development.
