For the past few years, the Victoria government has invested over $700 million as part of their RCD (Revitalising Central Dandenong) initiative to re-stablish Dandenong as the capital of Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. This is an initiative we wanted to capitalise on and as such, we designed a 3 storey, 13-unit apartment building that compliments the revitalisation of Dandenong’s future. PWA Architects once again created a striking design that epitomises the state governments and council’s vision have for the area. The project will undoubtedly provide the best in modern apartment living ever in Dandenong.
