    After resounding success with multi-unit townhouse developments, we’ve evolved with greater capability to accommodate larger scale commercial projects and this 65- bedroom student accommodation across 3 storey’s including basement carparking is a testament to our experience and success so far. Incorporating the absolute best from the architects at PWA, our aim is to provide a landmark student accommodation facility for those attending nearby Monash University. We have conducted with student focus groups to ensure not only do we provide the best in student comfort
    but also provide the needed common areas for group projects and socialising. This will be out most ambitious and rewarding project to date.
